Fontbonne Academy currently offers three payment plans: single payment, (2) semi-annual payments one in July and one in December, and (10) monthly payments from July through April. The multiple payment plans are managed solely through FACTS Management, a company engaged by Fontbonne to manage the tuition payment process. FACTS also offers a tuition insurance plan. More information about FACTS can be found at www.factsmgt.com. Enrollment in Fontbonne’s payment plans is available via the link below labeled “e-Cashier.” The link is also located on the front page of the website.
ScholarshipsFontbonne Academy awards a limited number of partial academic scholarships based upon 7th and 8th grade transcripts and High School Placement Test scores. Fontbonne is pleased to recognize and encourage young women coming to high school with a record of academic achievement. Scholarships that are eligible for renewal are based on the student’s academic achievement and conduct. Financial AidFontbonne Academy also awards students need-based financial aid in the form of work study grants to help defray the cost of tuition. Students are assigned various jobs on campus carried out before and after school, and during unscheduled time. New StudentsNew students requesting need-based financial aid must apply by December 15th for the following academic year. Applications for financial aid need to be completed online via FACTS Management, a company engaged by the school to process all financial aid applications and make an initial assessment about each family's need. (More information about FACTS can be found at www.factsmgt.com.) All final financial aid decisions are made by a committee at Fontbonne, and the awards come from Fontbonne, not FACTS. Financial aid offers for incoming students are mailed with acceptance letters. Students receiving offer letters must return them, with signature indicating acceptance of financial aid offer, along with their registration forms. Students who do not return these two forms the deadline risk the loss of their aid, as well as their placement at Fontbonne. Returning StudentsCurrently enrolled freshwomen, sophomores, and juniors requesting need-based financial aid must apply by March 31st for the following academic year. Recipients of financial aid must re-apply each year and resubmit their information to FACTS. PLEASE NOTE: Late applicants and/or registrants may receive consideration for financial aid, but there is no guarantee any aid will remain available after the deadlines have passed. Those who apply and register by the published deadlines have the best chance of receiving aid. Freshwomen who are late applying and/or registering may have to wait until 10th grade for consideration. If you have any questions about payments, aid or scholarships, please contact Barbara Higgins at 617.615.3007 or by email at bhiggins@fontbonneacademy.org.
